THE NEZ EAGLES HOCKEY SCHOOL MANDATE

The 2010 Eagles Hockey School strives to bring the North East Zone of Edmonton a hockey school that will allow kids to learn and have fun.  We have focused on making the school better from year to year while offering some of the best instruction at an affordable price.

This year’s school is based on an On-Ice program only and encompasses all players – female or male, big or little, defence or forward.

Goaltenders will be provided with an on-ice instructor for every session.

Goaltenders will sign-up for their respective age category.  Each goaltender will receive instruction on the basic fundamentals of goaltending (stance, movement, and basic save execution and recovery). 

ON-ICE PROGRAM

The On-Ice skill development program has been developed by many hockey people with years of playing, coaching and instruction experience.  Qualified instructors will direct and lead the sessions with a focus and interest in teaching these young hockey athletes.
Sessions will run with a cap of 30 athletes.

• The following areas will be defined and instructed upon:
  
  • Skating development
  • Balance, agility and coordination
  • Puck handling skills
  • Passing skills
  • Shooting skills
  • Athlete conditioning

EACH PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE AN EAGLES HOCKEY SCHOOL JERSEY

All sessions will be the same times Monday thru Friday.
If there are any changes that affect your child, you will be notified by phone.

ATOM **FULL**	AGES 9-10 – BORN 2000-2001	5:30 TO 6:45 PM
PEEWEE	AGES 11-12 – BORN 1998-1999	7:00  TO 8:15 PM
BANTAM/MIDGET	AGES 13-15 – BORN 1995 – 1997	8:30  TO 9:45 PM

• HOCKEY SCHOOL FEES MAY BE PAID ONLINE WHEN REGISTERING AN EAGLES PLAYER FOR THE 2010-2011 SEASON
